In the heart of a provençal Alpilles village, surrounded by 6500m² of enclosed wooded area, sits a unique modern style home. East side opens out onto heated pool with a backdrop of the Alpilles .On the South side, an oasis type setting of palm trees and fountain with water flowing alongside the terrace. One part of terrace with breakfast nook is covered, the other part, open-air, with a cushioned sitting ledge . Looking West, is a grassy area, adding a touch of green to the scenery. This unique property with it’s magic lighting , was designed by a Corbusier alumni. This one level house has a 240m² living space, has rooms opening out onto a luminous patio, two living rooms, one with fireplace, dining room, spacious kitchen, five bedrooms, each with washroom, a 120m²basement, wine cellar at constant temperature, possible extension of 1000m² |
